This DTII6204-133 bearing housing is fabricated from premium SPCC cold rolled steel with a uniform 45mm depth. We adopt a complete seven-step stamping manufacturing workflow to finish each workpiece precisely: blanking to cut raw steel into round blanks, three times of deep drawing to form the main body, shaping to optimize circularity and flatness, trimming to remove excess rim scrap, and center punching for bearing assembly holes. Every finished housing features smooth surfaces free of burrs, eliminating assembly abrasion risks.

Application & Matching Parts

Designed to be mounted on both ends of conveyor rollers together with matching bearings and multi-layer sealing assemblies, this bearing seat delivers long service life under harsh mine transportation environments. It stabilizes roller rotation for bulk ore conveying equipment, lowering frequent maintenance costs for mining belt systems.
