Material & Structure

This TK6204-75(70)-2 bearing housing adopts stamped SPHC steel from Baosteel. SPHC steel has good ductility and impact resistance, perfect for stamping forming of conveyor roller bearing housing.

The bearing housing adopts TK labyrinth seal structure. Multiple layers of labyrinth channels inside the bearing housing form a barrier system. Sand, dust and water cannot easily enter the bearing cavity, protecting the bearing and extending the service life of the whole idler roller. The bearing housing is designed as an end cover integrated structure for quick installation on roller tube.
