Our rubber covered roller, impact idler and spiral self-cleaning idler are widely applied on belt conveyor systems for mining, quarry, cement, port and bulk material transportation.
Different types of conveyor rollers can work together to buffer material impact, prevent belt damage and remove sticky materials on the conveyor belt automatically.
The outer rubber layer effectively reduces friction, protects the conveyor belt from wear and impact, lowers noise during operation. Suitable for general conveying lines.
Equipped with elastic rubber rings. It absorbs strong impact when bulk materials fall onto the belt, greatly extending service life of the conveyor belt. Mainly installed at material loading points.
Spiral rubber structure continuously scrapes off sticky ore, mud and debris adhered to the belt surface. Effectively avoid belt deviation and material accumulation.
