Every housing undergoes seven strict manufacturing procedures: blanking to cut raw steel into circular blanks, three successive deep drawing steps, shaping for precise roundness and flatness, trimming to remove excess edge scrap, and punching to form standard central assembly holes.
Fine stamping technology eliminates burrs on all surfaces, delivering high dimensional consistency. It is installed on both ends of conveyor rollers together with bearings and matching sealing assemblies, forming a fully protected bearing operation system. The sturdy steel structure resists impact, dust and heavy loads, extending the whole roller service life under harsh mining transportation environments.
