Product Introduction

This DTII6205-108 stamped bearing housing is fabricated from premium SPCC cold rolled steel sheet with an overall depth of 46mm. Every single housing is finished through seven strict forming procedures: blanking to cut circular blanks, three times of deep drawing for forming, sizing to perfect circularity and flatness, trimming to remove excess metal burrs, and punching for central mounting holes. The whole surface is smooth without sharp edges, delivering stable structural performance under heavy loads.
