Product Description DTII6204‑76 stamped bearing housing is manufactured of premium SPCC cold‑rolled steel. The overall depth reaches 45mm. The bearing seat is finished through 7 strict production procedures in sequence: blanking, first deep drawing, secondary deep drawing, tertiary deep drawing, shaping, trimming and punching. 1. Blanking: Cut steel plate and punch out round blank. ​ 2. Three‑time deep drawing: Form the main housing structure step by step. ​ 3. Shaping: Calibrate outer shape to guarantee perfect roundness and flatness. ​ 4. Trimming: Remove excess material and smooth outer edge. ​ 5. Punching: Finish central mounting hole for bearing assembly. Fine workmanship makes the housing surface smooth without burrs. Cooperated with sealing parts and 6204 bearing, it is installed on both ends of conveyor roller. The stamped bearing seat features stable structure and long service life, widely applied for mine belt conveying equipment. Optional & Custom Service We support custom mould production according to clients’ drawings. Matching accessories are available for separate purchase, including retaining circlips, rubber seals, corresponding conveyor rollers and conveyor belts. Bearing housing pressing machine is also supplied for your production needs.
