Machine Tool Main Body Components
Machine Body

Foundation of machine tool, supporting column and the slide plate. The slide plate moves along the guide rail of the machine body.

Slide Plate and Slide Plate Moving Mechanism

A movable column is installed on the slide plate, with a slide movable screw installed underneath. Movement is adjusted through motor drive or manual fine-tuning via crank handle, enabling precise control of axial distance between the two slots (or flats) on the machined carrier roller shaft. A clamping mechanism on the slide plate side secures the slide plate to the machine tool body.

Movable Column

Features a vertical movement slide plate that moves up and down along the column guide rail.

Vertical Movement Slide Plate

Hydraulic cylinder-driven vertical movement enables spindle box fast forward, work in, and fast backward operations. The slide plate includes transverse guide rails for mounting transmission spindle box and spindle box, allowing transverse movement.

Transversal Adjustment Mechanism

Enables separate adjustment of transversal positions for both spindle boxes to control cutter cutting depth. Adjustment accuracy: 0.05mm/scale.

Transmission Main Spindle Box

Motor power is shifted through speed change mechanism to drive rear spindle rotation, with power transmitted to spindle box via spline shaft.

Main Spindle Box

Receives power from spline shaft and, after changing rotation direction, drives the front spindle to turn.
